Summary
This trial tests whether giving tranexamic acid directly into the airways before a lung biopsy (called a transbronchial cryobiopsy) can reduce bleeding. The drug is sprayed through the bronchoscope one minute before the biopsy. About 100 adults undergoing this procedure will be included. The study will compare the severity of bleeding and whether the procedure needs to be stopped early.
