Drug trial aims to stop brain bleeds from coming back

Summary
This study is testing if adding a common clot-stabilizing medication called tranexamic acid (TXA) to standard surgery can prevent a chronic brain bleed from returning. It involves 274 adults who need surgery for this condition. The main goal is to see if the medication reduces the need for a second operation within 90 days.
