First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a structured training program helps radiologic technologists (the staff who run imaging machines) safely place IV lines for contrast dye in CT or MRI scans. Researchers will train the technologists, then track how well they perform and how many complications (like bruising) occur. Patients will also share their experience with pain and satisfaction. The goal is to improve patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
