Summary

This study looks at whether teaching nurses special care techniques for central lines (thin tubes that deliver medicine) can lower infection risks in children with cancer. About 30 nurses will take a training course and be tested before and after. The goal is to see if better knowledge leads to safer practices and fewer infections.
