NCT ID NCT05249205

First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looked at how many times per week you need to do a very short, intense workout (called REHIT) to improve your aerobic fitness. The workout involves just two 20-second all-out cycling sprints within a 10-minute easy ride. Researchers compared doing this once a week, twice a week, or not at all in 15 healthy but inactive adults. The goal was to see if one session per week is enough to boost fitness.
