First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study looked at how many times per week you need to do a very short, intense cycling workout (REHIT) to improve your aerobic fitness. It compared doing one session versus two sessions per week, plus a no-exercise control group. The goal was to find the smallest amount of exercise that still gives real health benefits.
