Summary
This study aims to understand how well psychotherapy works for common mental health problems in a real-world clinic setting in Ecuador. It will track 340 patients aged 11 and older receiving therapy, monitoring their distress levels, life satisfaction, and treatment experience over time. The goal is to gather data to potentially improve the quality of future mental health care in the region.
