Your phone could unlock the secrets of your restless legs
NCT ID NCT05695963
Summary
This study aims to see if using a smartphone app to track symptoms in real-time is a practical way to understand Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). For two weeks, 62 adults with RLS will carry a study phone and a wrist-worn activity monitor to log their symptoms, activities, and mood. The goal is to learn what daily factors might trigger or worsen RLS symptoms, which could help guide future non-drug management strategies.
