Summary
This study aims to track and understand how well psychotherapy works for common mental health issues at a university psychology center in Ecuador. Researchers will follow 340 patients aged 11 and older, collecting information before, during, and after their therapy sessions. The goal is to create a system to monitor treatment progress and improve the quality of mental health care in Ecuador.
