Summary
This study aims to better track and understand antibiotic-resistant infections that spread in hospitals. Researchers will monitor 1500 hospital patients in Botswana to identify patterns of these dangerous infections. The goal is to build better systems for early detection and prevention of infections that don't respond to standard antibiotics.
