Summary
This study aims to understand what happens to people with advanced HIV after they leave the hospital. Researchers will follow 150 patients in South Africa to see if they continue their HIV treatment and return for follow-up care. The goal is to identify where the healthcare system fails these patients and find ways to keep them connected to life-saving treatment.
