Study aims to keep advanced HIV patients in care after hospital

Summary
This study follows 150 adults with advanced HIV who are hospitalized in South Africa. Researchers will interview them in the hospital and again 4 and 8 weeks after discharge to see if they return to their local clinic for ongoing HIV treatment. The goal is to find where the care system breaks down and how to improve it.
