Summary

This study aims to understand how Lewy body dementia (DLB) changes the brain over time. Researchers will follow 135 people, including those with DLB and healthy volunteers, for five years using repeated brain scans and memory tests. The goal is to identify patterns in brain changes that link to the rate of memory and thinking decline, which could help future research.
