Summary
This study aims to understand why some patients develop throat injuries after surgery when breathing tubes are used. Researchers will observe 362 adults having planned surgeries to identify what factors increase the risk of problems like hoarseness, pain, and coughing. The goal is to create a risk score to help doctors prevent these complications in the future.
