New hope for rare bone cancer: trabectedin trial targets tumors

Summary
This study tests the drug trabectedin in 16 people aged 16 and older with advanced mesenchymal chondrosarcoma, a rare bone cancer that has spread or cannot be removed. Participants must have already tried at least one chemotherapy. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors, with additional checks on survival and progression. The trial is currently recruiting.
