Summary
This study tests an injection called TQH2722 in about 300 adults aged 18-75 with seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever). The goal is to see if the drug safely eases symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, and congestion when added to standard allergy treatments. Participants must have had poor symptom control in a prior pollen season.
