Summary

This study tests an experimental antihistamine called rupatifen fumarate for people with seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever). About 550 adults aged 18 to 65 with at least a 2-year history of seasonal allergies will take either the new drug, an existing antihistamine, or a placebo daily for two weeks. The goal is to see if rupatifen reduces nasal symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, itching, and congestion better than placebo and as well as or better than the current treatment.
