New pill aims to keep breast cancer at bay in thousands of women

Summary
This study tests a new drug called TQB3616 combined with standard hormone therapy to see if it can stop breast cancer from returning in women with HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer. About 1,946 women who have had surgery will receive either the new drug or a placebo, plus hormone therapy. The main goal is to see how long they live without the cancer coming back.
