Summary

This study tests an experimental pill, TQB3454, against a placebo in 165 people with advanced bile duct cancer that has a specific IDH1 gene mutation. The goal is to see if the drug helps people live longer. Participants are randomly assigned to get the drug or a placebo, and neither they nor their doctors know which they receive.
