Summary
This study tests an experimental tablet called TQ05105 in 45 adults with moderate to severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) that hasn't improved with steroids. The goal is to find the best dose and see if it can control the disease and ease symptoms. Participants take the tablet by mouth, and doctors monitor their response over time.
