Summary

This study looks at whether taking the smallpox drug TPOXX changes how well the JYNNEOS vaccine works. About 100 healthy adults aged 18 to 42 will get two doses of the vaccine and either TPOXX or a placebo for 28 days. Researchers will check for side effects and measure immune response to see if the drug interferes with the vaccine.
