First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking the smallpox drug TPOXX at the same time as the JYNNEOS vaccine changes how well the vaccine works. About 100 healthy adults aged 18 to 42 will get two vaccine shots and either TPOXX or a placebo for 28 days. The goal is to see if the drug interferes with the body's immune response to the vaccine.
