Summary
This study provides continued access to an inhaled medication called TPIP for people with serious lung and heart conditions. It is for patients who have already successfully completed earlier long-term studies of this drug. The goal is to allow these patients to keep receiving a treatment that has been working for them when other standard treatments are not suitable.
