Summary
This study looks at whether using a tourniquet during surgery for placenta accreta (a condition where the placenta doesn't detach after birth) can improve the health of newborns, measured by the Apgar score. About 100 pregnant women aged 20-40 with a single baby and prior C-sections will take part. The goal is to see if this simple technique reduces complications for the baby.
