Summary
This study looks at whether using a tourniquet (a tight band) during surgery for a condition called placenta accreta can improve newborn health scores right after birth. The trial will involve 100 pregnant women who are having a planned C-section. The main goal is to see if the tourniquet helps the baby's Apgar score, which measures things like breathing and heart rate.
