Summary

This study aims to find the safest way to release a surgical tourniquet from a patient's arm. It will compare two release methods in 68 patients with high blood pressure who are having arm surgery. The goal is to see which method better prevents a sudden, large drop in blood pressure after the tourniquet is removed.
