NCT ID NCT05696769

Summary

This study aimed to create a new survey tool to measure the discrimination and stigma experienced by children and young adults with chronic tic disorders like Tourette Syndrome. Researchers interviewed patients, families, and healthcare providers to understand their experiences, then used that information to build and test the new questionnaire. The goal is to better measure this problem to help guide future support and education efforts.
