Summary

This study tests whether combining the drug toripalimab with targeted radiation (SBRT) before surgery can shrink tumors in people with stage IIA to IIIB non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if this approach leads to fewer cancer cells remaining after surgery. The trial involves 40 adults aged 18-75 who are healthy enough for surgery and have not spread cancer.
