Summary

This study compares two treatments given before surgery for stage II-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer: immunotherapy (toripalimab) plus radiation versus immunotherapy plus chemotherapy. The goal is to see which combination works better at shrinking tumors and improving surgery outcomes. About 124 adults aged 18-75 with operable lung cancer will take part.
