First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving a combination of immunotherapy (Toripalimab), a targeted drug (Lenvatinib), and chemotherapy (GEMOX) before surgery can improve outcomes for people with a high-risk type of bile duct cancer. About 178 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug combo followed by surgery, or surgery alone. The main goal is to see if the combo delays cancer return or death.
