NCT ID NCT06618014
First seen May 22, 2026 ยท Last updated May 22, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug toripalimab to standard chemotherapy before surgery can help eliminate tumors in people with localized triple-negative breast cancer. About 51 women with early-stage, untreated disease will receive the combination, then have surgery to check if the cancer is completely gone. The main goal is to see how many achieve a complete response, meaning no cancer remains in the breast or lymph nodes.
