New hope to stop esophageal cancer from coming back
NCT ID NCT07332221
Summary
This study is testing if a drug called toripalimab can help prevent esophageal cancer from returning after surgery. It will involve 435 patients who have already had surgery to remove their cancer. Some patients will receive the drug for up to a year after surgery, while others will be observed without additional treatment, to see which approach leads to better long-term survival.
