First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looked at 41 adults aged 50-90 who had cataract surgery with a special lens that also corrects astigmatism. Doctors compared a new digital marking method to the usual manual method for placing the lens correctly. The goal was to see which method leads to better lens position and less leftover astigmatism after surgery.
