Summary
This study tested a special lens implant (toric IOL) in 236 children aged 3 to 8 who had cataracts and significant astigmatism. The goal was to see if this lens could improve their vision over three years after surgery. The researchers measured how well the children could see and checked for any lens rotation or other eye changes.
