First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 36 times
Summary
This study looks at how small differences in genes (called SNPs) affect how well the drug topotecan works and its side effects in people with small cell lung cancer. Researchers will test 600 patients who are already taking topotecan to find gene patterns linked to better outcomes or higher risk. The goal is to make treatment more personalized and safer in the future.
