Summary
This study aims to see if a new topical gel containing dutasteride works as well as or better than a standard triple-combination acne gel. Researchers will compare how well each treatment reduces acne lesions and improves skin appearance over 12 weeks in 50 adults with facial acne. The study will also track side effects and the treatments' impact on quality of life.
