Summary
This study tests a topical cream called clascoterone for acne caused by testosterone therapy in transgender males. About 18 participants will use the cream daily for 3 months to see if it reduces acne without affecting their hormone levels. The goal is to provide a safe acne treatment that doesn't interfere with masculinizing hormone therapy.
