Summary
This study tests a four-drug combination (trilaciclib, pembrolizumab, gemcitabine, and carboplatin) in people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. The goal is to see how well the treatment shrinks tumors and how safe it is. About 36 adults with this aggressive cancer type will take part.
