Summary

This study tested whether toothpastes containing propolis, probiotics, or phosphate-based ingredients can reduce bad breath (halitosis) better than standard fluoride toothpaste. Fifty-two young adults brushed twice daily for 14 days, and their breath was measured using smell tests and a breath checker device.
