Mouth appliance test reveals which toothpaste fights cavities best
NCT ID NCT07419685
Summary
This study tested how well three different toothpastes could repair early-stage tooth decay (cavities). Thirty-one healthy adults wore a removable mouth appliance containing small, pre-weakened tooth samples for several days at a time. Researchers measured how much the toothpastes helped harden the enamel and deliver fluoride to the samples.
