Your old tooth could help build your new implant

NCT ID NCT06773104

Summary

This study tested if using a patient's own processed tooth as a bone graft works as well as standard donor bone for dental implants. It involved 24 people who needed a front tooth replaced immediately after extraction. Researchers measured how well the bone healed and supported the new implant over six months.
