Summary

This study looks at two different medicines placed inside the tooth after a root canal retreatment to see which one helps heal infections better. About 60 adults with a tooth infection that didn't heal after the first root canal will be randomly assigned to get either calcium hydroxide or diclofenac sodium. Healing will be checked with X-rays after 12 months.
