Recycling your own tooth to save your jawbone
NCT ID NCT07394634
Summary
This study is testing whether using a person's own extracted tooth, ground into a bone graft material, can better preserve the jawbone socket after a tooth is pulled. Researchers will compare this processed tooth graft against letting the socket heal naturally. They will measure bone changes over 6 months using dental exams and 3D X-rays in 20 participants.
