Summary

This study aims to find which of two common numbing medicines works better and is safer for pulling upper teeth in people with controlled high blood pressure. It will compare how well they control pain and how much they affect heart rate and blood pressure during the procedure. The goal is to help dentists choose the best option to keep patients comfortable and stable.
