Summary
This study is testing a digital tool designed to safely check and correct antibiotic allergy labels in patient records. Many people have incorrect labels that limit their antibiotic options, leading to longer hospital stays and less effective treatments. The tool uses a questionnaire and medical records to verify allergies without invasive skin tests, aiming to allow more patients to receive the best first-choice antibiotics.
