Summary
This study tests if injecting a patient's own muscle cells into the tongue can safely improve swallowing problems caused by head and neck cancer treatment. About 66 adults who completed cancer therapy at least two years ago and still have moderate swallowing difficulty will receive either the cell treatment or a placebo. The main goals are to check for side effects and measure changes in tongue strength.
