Summary
This study looks at whether training the muscles you use to breathe can also make your tongue stronger and more enduring. Researchers will measure tongue strength and endurance in 60 healthy adults before and after a breathing muscle training program. The goal is to understand if these exercises could help people with swallowing or speaking problems in the future.
