Summary

This study looks at the risk of major heart problems in people with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who are taking either a combination of tofacitinib and a statin, or a TNF inhibitor. The goal is to see which treatment is safer for the heart. The study involves 120 adults aged 50 and older with moderate to severe RA and at least one heart risk factor, such as high blood pressure or diabetes.
