Summary

This study is observing how well the drug tofacitinib works for people with ulcerative colitis in everyday Swedish healthcare. It will track about 120 adult patients who are already prescribed this medication by their doctor to see if it reduces their gut inflammation and symptoms, and how well they stick with the treatment. The researchers are using data from a national Swedish patient registry to understand the drug's real-world effectiveness.
