Summary

This study observed 152 French adults with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis who were prescribed the drug tofacitinib by their doctors. The goal was to see how well the drug controlled their symptoms and improved their quality of life over two years in a real-world setting, outside of a controlled clinical trial. Researchers tracked symptom relief, side effects, and how long patients stayed on the treatment.
