Summary

This study is testing whether a vitamin E compound called tocotrienol can prevent small pancreatic cysts from growing or becoming cancerous. Adults with specific pancreatic cysts that are being monitored will take either the supplement or a placebo for three years. Researchers will track whether the cysts progress and measure how well the body absorbs the supplement.
