Vitamin e derivative tested to halt pancreatic tumor growth

Summary
This study tests whether a form of vitamin E called delta-tocotrienol can prevent pancreatic cysts (IPMN) from getting worse. Four adults with IPMN that is being watched but not yet dangerous will receive either the supplement or a placebo. The goal is to see if the treatment can stop the cysts from growing or developing worrying features.
