Summary
This study tests whether a natural compound called delta-tocotrienol (a form of vitamin E) can prevent pancreatic cysts (IPMNs) from growing or turning into cancer. About 4 adults with IPMNs that are being watched but not yet dangerous will receive either the supplement or a placebo. The goal is to see if the supplement can keep the cysts stable and avoid the need for surgery.
